This event begins with a 1500 or 750 meter out and back swim in Shriner Lake by Tri Lakes Tavern. For duathletes, the run is a 5k. The bike is a 40k or 20k on country roads around the lakes on a 10k loop. That's right, even the sprint is multi loop for the ultimate viewing and racing experience! The run is on lake residential roads and finishes at Tri Lakes Tavern and the transition area.
